Meet the Summer 2012 Student Historians!
This group of 30 high school students from NYC and the greater Metropolitan area are spending 6 weeks at the New-York Historical Society to create “A History of NYC in 30 Objects”. They are conducting original research on 30 artifacts and artworks of their choice from the N-YHS Museum & Library collection. They will be sharing some of the discoveries and highlights of their research throughout the next 5 weeks on this blog. Stay tuned!

Photo: The Student Historians visited the Museum of Jewish Heritage last week to meet the MJH High School Apprentices. The two groups worked together on a heritage workshop, and the Apprentices led the Student Historians on their tours of the museum.
